When she's not in the office helping clients she enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, Finn and Callum, and two dogs Duke and Hendrix. She also volunteers her time with the Scappoose Little League and is a coach for FC Portland soccer club that provides kids from the Hillsboro, Bethany, Beaverton, Banks and surrounding Portland Metro area with a competitive club soccer experience.

Kim's duties at Cascadia include loan closeout and digital file management. Her wide range of office skills enables us to run smoothly, securely, and at maximum efficiency. We contend that Kim has single-handedly made the Dewey Decimal System obsolete!

When not at the office Kim works as a licensed Equine Massage Practitioner and loves being around horses whether she's in the saddle or working with them in the field. You can catch her and her husband Jeremy at lowrider car shows all over the northwest with their two dogs, Bizzy and Boscoe.

Felicia is a licensed Mortgage Broker in Oregon and Loan Coordinator at Cascadia Home Loans. She has worked for banks and credit unions for a number of years before landing at Cascadia. With over 10 years of customer service, Felicia loves problem solving with clients and finding the best way to help them accomplish their goals.

Felicia assists her clients in the pre-approval process and helps to take them all the way through closing the mortgage. She makes sure the new home loan or refinance process goes smoothly. Felicia loves learning the job as there is something new to discover every day in the mortgage world. When asked why she is passionate about working at Cascadia, she said, "Getting to know the clients throughout the process and being able to help people achieve their goals in life makes it an extremely rewarding job."

No stranger to the Pacific Northwest, Felicia grew up in a small farm town in British Columbia, Canada, and has lived in Oregon for over five years with no plans of leaving. Felicia and her husband have two dogs they love to take camping throughout the year. They will often find some sand dunes to camp at and go riding with friends. Some of those activities will be changing in the next year as she is expecting their first baby December 2023!

Isaac Hamm is a loan coordinator, Oregon native and graduated from Scappoose High School. An avid sports fan, Isaac was a member of the first Scappoose High School boys soccer team to be crowned League Champions and he also earned the honor of Goalkeeper of the Year in his senior season. Along with playing and watching sports, Isaac enjoys the outdoors as well as art.

With a knack for customer service, an eye for detail and a proven team player, Isaac is a valuable member of the Cascadia team that helps ensure clients get the best rates they qualify for in a transparent and timely manner. From taking applications and gathering documents to creating estimates and sending disclosures, Isaac works efficiently and with a smile on his face.

Mari Gardner is a mortgage broker in Oregon. She appreciates each client’s uniqueness, and enjoys the relationships that are developed by getting to know and understand individual circumstances and financing goals. Mari is an advocate for the client vs the lender and strives to find the best rates possible. She believes communication and transparency are key. She is available for as much time as it takes to help clients genuinely understand the loan process so they feel comfortable and confident with their decisions.

Formerly a small business owner, a public artist and community-based artist who has worked throughout the United States, Brazil, Eswatini and Botswana, Mari is passionate about building extra-large things out of glass, strengthening communities, and uplifting those around her. When not communicating with clients, fighting for killer interest rates, or in the studio, Mari can be found camping, hiking, and chasing the sunshine with her son, Dominick.
